** If you choose to deposit with a currency that we don’t support, we or our payment processors will automatically convert it using the latest exchange rates into the selected base currency of your wallet or account type. Our base currencies as a reminder are: GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, AED, ZAR.

Deposits made from an account not in your name are prohibited for security reasons and will be returned.

While payment providers may apply fees, we will cover these charges when you deposit the minimum amount.

How long do deposits take?

When you deposit to your TIOmarkets account, the processing time varies based on several factors. Funds are credited automatically for most instant payment methods. Processing times vary depending on the funding method and external payment providers.

Debit/Credit cards, e-wallets, crypto

Occasionally, payment providers may conduct additional authorisation, verification, or security checks before releasing funds. This process is outside of TIOmarkets' control and may result in a short processing delay.

Bank wire transfers

Estimated time: Usually same day, can take up to 5 business days to clear

Weekend and public holiday deposits

Deposits made during weekends or outside normal business hours are processed according to the funding method used. Instant funding methods are typically credited to your trading wallet automatically, including during weekends and public holidays. Bank wire transfers are processed during standard banking and business hours only.

Can I deposit before verification?

Yes, you can deposit and start trading immediately with a 14 day grace period to verify your account. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawals can be processed.
